The big challenge for many couples often turns out to be communication. They no longer succeed in clearly communicating (or have never been able to) communicate their needs and needs to the other, and the relationship suffers, often resulting in a break. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is aimed at finding out what kind of attachment needs each of both partners has and based on that, giving both partners more insight into each other and thus bringing them closer together.
