Reconnecting with your body and mind, being taken out of your familiar environment for a few days and reflecting on your own well-being … that’s what it’s all about in a ‘Reboost Yourself Retreat’. At an idyllic location in nature – at home or abroad – we set out together to wake up body and mind and challenge them again. All forms of exercise are alternated with quieter moments of reflection or practical workshops, such as ‘how do you prepare a healthy and balanced meal quickly?’

 

At the end of the retreat you will feel reborn and ready to pick up your daily life with renewed energy. And who knows, you might have some new friendships …
